The DXonJet VPJet 4.0 Wall Printer
After months of research wall print designs decided to go with the DXonJet 4.0. The DXonJet 4.0 just introduced one of the 1st in class Helical Rack System ( also known as the tooth and gear drive).
Most other systems use the belt drive system to raise and lower the print head. Over time and while printing the belt gets stretched and worn creating lines and inconsistent quality prints. The helical rack system is the solution.
The DXonJet 4.0 also has a integrated automatic maintance system which is crucial for quality prints. Every 72 hrs the DXonJet 4.0 cleans and sprays to keep the printhead flowing and the 3200 spray nozzles clean and clear of debris.
The DXonjet 4.0 utilizes the world renowned Epson I3200 UI-UD printhead. Capable of Producing 2.5D textures with the build in dual LED -UV lamps to instantly cure the Green Guard Certified inks. The printhead has built in continuous distance control that automatically compensates for wall irregularities up to 3.5 inches via ultrasonic sensors at up to 720×2400 dpi .
The printer can print up to 15ft high with unlimited length down the wall and with the DXonJet 4.0 stitching ability’s we can go higher on scaffolding.
The Floor Printer
